Natural Muesli

This natural muesli is a hearty and nutritious way to start your day.  A delicious and simple blend of whole grains, fruits and seeds that is perfect on it's own, with yogurt & fresh fruit, or as a crunchy addition to your smoothie bowl topping. 

Ingredients: Barley Flakes (38%), Rolled Jumbo Oats (26%), Sultanas (Sultanas, Vegetable Oil), Sunflower Seeds, Apple Diced (Dehydrated Apple, Preservative (200)), Apricot Dried (Apricot, Rice Flour, Preservative (200)), Coconut Chips (Coconut, Preservative (223)), Ricies (Rice, Sugar, Salt, Barley Malt Extract, Mineral and Vitamins [Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Riboflavin]).

Allergens: Sulphites present in ingredients, additives or processing aids. Sodium Metabisulphite (223). Contains Gluten (Oats and Barley) May be present: peanuts, tree nuts, other cereals containing gluten, milk, sesame seeds and soy.
