Shipping / Delivery

We offer a nationwide online delivery service. Shipping is free for local orders over $150 (Coromandel Peninsula / Hamilton / Auckland), orders over $175 for the rest of the Noth Island and $200 for the South Island.

We freshly pack your goods on the day your order is due to be dispatched, Monday to Thursday. 

• Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders made after 12pm will be dispatched the following day.
• To ensure freshness, all orders placed after 12pm Thursday and on the weekend will be dispatched the upcoming Monday.

Once your order is processed, you will be sent an email confirmation of your order, along with tracking/pickup information.  Orders usually take 1 -3 days to arrive, any courier delays are out of our control.

Please note that we do not currently ship fresh bread, frozens, eggs or kombucha. All other liquids are shipped at your own risk.

Delivery Charges:

$8 Coromandel Peninsula, Hamilton, Auckland

$12 Northland, BOP

$14 Lower North Island

$20 - $24 South Island

Rural delivery is extra.  

 

Click & Collect

Available next day from 12pm, if ordered before 5pm the previous day.

At the online checkout, select Pickup.  Pick up is from our store at 580 Pollen Street, Thames

Please select 'Local Pick-Up' at the checkout, which is free of charge.

Note: you can order fresh bread, frozens, eggs and liquid refillables such as oils, vinegars and eco-store products for pick-up.

For fresh bread orders, please add a note in your shopping cart if there is a specific day you would like to pick it up on, otherwise it will be available the next day.

 

Drop & Run

At the name suggests, Drop in your containers for us to refill.  Just make sure your containers are labelled and leave is a note with any instructions.  Then run your errands, or head off to work and collect at your convenience.
