Homemade Oat Milk

No waste.  No weird stuff.  Just better milk.  Try it once and you'll never go back.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup rolled oats
• 4 cups cold filtered water
• Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: pinch of salt

Method:

 

1. Add oats, water, and any optional ingredients to a high-speed blender.

2. Blend for 30 seconds-avoid over-blending to prevent sliminess.

3. Pour the mixture through the CaliWoods Nut Mylk Bag for a smooth, silky finish.

4. Transfer to a clean glass bottle or jar and refrigerate.

5. Shake well before each use. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
