Collagen Afghan Biscuits

Classic Afghan-style biscuits with a nourishing twist using Nothing Naughty Collagen. Rich, chocolatey, crunchy, and topped with melted chocolate and walnuts for the ultimate afternoon treat.
Makes: 10 biscuits

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 cups cornflakes
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup plain flour
• 1/3 cup coconut sugar
• 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
• 1 serving Nothing Naughty Collagen
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2–3 tbsp milk of choice, if needed for consistency
Chocolate Topping
• 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
• 10 walnut halves


Method
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cacao, collagen, and coconut sugar.
3. Add the peanut butter, melted butter or coconut oil, vanilla, and milk if needed. Stir until a thick dough forms.
4. Gently fold through the cornflakes, keeping some texture intact.
5. Roll into 10 biscuit-sized balls and place onto the tray. Slightly flatten each biscuit.
6. Bake for 14–15 minutes until crisp around the edges and set through the centre.
7. Allow to cool completely.
8. Spoon melted chocolate over each biscuit and top with a walnut half.

Note: Store in an airtight container for an easy sweet treat throughout the week.
