Superseed Bircha
A wholesome make-ahead breakfast blend packed with seeds, fibre, healthy fats, and natural crunch. Perfect soaked overnight, sprinkled over yoghurt, or added to smoothies and smoothie bowls for an easy nourishing boost.
Makes: Approximately 5–6 cups
Serving Size: 1/3–1/2 cup per serve
Ingredients
• 1/4 cup linseed
• 1 tbsp poppy seeds
• 1/2 cup sesame seeds
• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/2 cup chia seeds
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut
• 1/2 cup cacao nibs
• 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1/2 cup hemp seeds
• 1/2 cup dried fruit of choice, chopped (apricots, mango, raisins, cranberries, or dates all work well)
• 1/4 cup buckwheat groats
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl or jar.
2. Stir well until evenly combined.
3. Store in an airtight container in a cool pantry or fridge.
To Serve
• Soak with your choice of milk overnight for a classic bircha-style breakfast.
• Serve with Raglan Coconut Yoghurt, fresh fruit, and nut butter.
• Sprinkle over porridge or smoothie bowls for extra texture and nourishment.
• Enjoy fresh or soaked, depending on your preference.
Note
This blend is incredibly versatile and easy to adapt with whatever you have on hand. Swap seeds, dried fruit, or grains depending on your taste and pantry staples.
