These Organic Cacao nibs have been made by fermenting, sun-drying and roasting certified Organic Cacao beans at temperatures below 47°C and without chemicals, before crushing them into small pieces. The result are nibs of pure chocolatey goodness in its most natural form, without sugar or other additives. They're packed with nutrients including iron, magnesium and flavonoid antioxidants. Crunchy, chocolatey, with a hint of bitterness, they're great in baked goods, breakfast dishes and smoothies.
