HOW TO REFILL IN STORE

Use our compostable bags

1. Write the product code on the bag.

2. Fill it with your chosen product.

3. Weigh & pay at the counter.

REFILL YOUR OWN VESSEL

You can bring your own clean containers into our store to refill. We also offer jars and bottles for purchase.

1. Weigh at counter. We record the weight of your empty container.

2. Fill it & code it. You fill your container & record the product code.

3. Weigh & pay. We deduct the weight of your empty container off the total weight. You only pay for the contents!

FAQs

In Store

Can I bring my own containers in to fill directly?

Yes! We encourage our customers to bring in their own packaging as often as possible. You can bring in your own empty glass jars, tupperware or whatever you have. Simply weigh your containers at the counter on arrival - then get filling! At the checkout, the weight of your container is deducted off.

Can I bring plastic containers to refill?

Yes! If you are reusing your old plastic containers, that’s amazing.

What if my containers aren't empty? Can I still bring them in?

Absolutely! Just bring them to us at the counter first for a weight.

What if I forget my jars or containers?

We have paper bags of all different sizes ready for you to fill if you need. You can then take these home and fill up your jars- we recommend doing this as soon as possible to keep the items fresh! We have a Jar library instore that you are welcome to use, these jars and containers are clean used jars and containers. Whilst we try to always have a selection available, we also can’t guarantee there will always be something suitable.

Do you have customer parking?

Yes! We have customer parking available behind the store in the service lane.

Do you have organic products?

We offer a great range of organic and
non-organic products, catering to everyone's budget and preference.

Where do you get your products from?

Many of our products are made and sourced in New Zealand, however it’s not possible to source everything in New Zealand. In order to stock the vast range we do products also come from overseas.  You can find the origin details of our products in store and on the product pages of our website.

Do you stock Gluten Free Products?

Yes! We have a large range of gluten free products available.

How do you avoid cross contamination?

Although we cannot guarantee 100% zero cross contamination, we have very strict protocols in place, including instore product placement and sanitisation of scoops, ladels, bins and all surfaces. We get audited regularly on this and stay up to date on all safe practices.

Online Store

Are all products online available for shipping?

NO. Some items such as frozens, Volare Bread and free range eggs etc are only available online for Click and Collect. This will be clearly noted above the product description.

How will my order be delivered?

All of our food is packed fresh for you and placed into brown paper bags. Everything is then packed into a solid cardboard box
with paper tape for shipping.  We are committed to sustainability and will always
use earth-friendly packaging. Where possible, we will use recycled packaging to
send your parcels - so we apologise if it isn't the prettiest looking box. All packaging that we use is either recyclable or home-compostable.

Where can I track my parcel?

You will be sent tracking details via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Why was I refunded partially for my order?

Although we try our best to have our stock levels accurate at all times, occasionally there will be discrepancies and so an item
will be added to your cart when it is out of stock or not available for another reason. In this instance we will refund you for the missing items - resulting in a “partial refund” - you’ll be notified via email about this.

Can I change or add something to my order?

If you need to make an edit to your order - please do this as soon as possible, this will be on a case-by-case basis depending on
whether or not the order has already been packed and sorted for dispatch. Please email hello@re-store.co.nz right away.

If I purchase multiple quantities of the same product, will they be packaged separately?

No, to reduce packaging we will combine anything in your order that is the same product e.g. if you order x2 lots of 100g walnuts, you will receive one bag of 200g walnuts. If you require items to be separated for any reason, please write this in the order notes at the checkout process.

Do you ship liquids?

Yes we currently will ship MOST liquids, though this comes at the customer's own risk. While we make every attempt to package liquids as well as possible, we can't control what happens once it leaves our store.
