Also known as "red bush tea", rooibos is a great caffeine free alternative to black tea, plus has the benefit of being high in antioxidants, low in tannins and is organic.
Brewing: Pre-heat a cup or teapot. Use 1 tsp per cup or 1 rounded tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over the rooibos and infuse for 5-7 minutes.
