Made from the sap of wild Canadian maple trees, the sap is simply boiled to make pure maple syrup. This Grade A Pure Maple syrup is produced early on in the season and is characterized by its light amber colour. Perfect drizzled over a stack of pancakes, or as a sugar substitute in many baking recipes.
