Textured Soy protein (TSP/ TVP/ Textured Vegetable Protein) is a product made from de-hulled soybeans which have been extruded, pressed and texturised. Quick and easy to cook, it's rich in complete protein and contains no saturated fat, so is an excellent alternative to meat. Use in dishes such as a vegan friendly spaghetti bolognese or no-meat patties.
