Waiheke Herb Spread is a unique blend of fresh traditional and wild herbs in olive oil. Like a pesto but without nuts or dairy, using only the best quality herbs that they can source from local & organic suppliers.
This unique recipe was developed after a whole year experimenting with local herbs growing vigorously on Waiheke Island, so that exactly the same blend of fresh herbs could be used every week of the year.
Made with fresh NZ grown traditional and wild herbs, packed with flavour, antioxidants, vitamins & minerals, Herb Spread will enhance any snack or savoury meal.
Original Herb: parsley, rosemary, nasturtium, dandelion, plantain, NZ spinach, oregano, thyme, sage, lavendar, and calendula, imported Spanish olive oil, organic NZ Coral Tree apple cider vinegar and Paciic Sea Salt, imported garlic, (Herbs 36%)
Asian Herb: coriander, chilli, lemongrass and lime. In a base of cold pressed Rice Bran oil, apple cider vinegar and garlic.
