These local 'Top Notch' Macadamias have been grown, harvested, dried and roasted on a spray-free, environmentally conscious orchard on the Hauraki Plains. Just a few drops of Top Notch's Macadamia oil has been added to this roast to assist the salt coverage of the kernel, producing a dry crisp finish with the added flavor of salt. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, as well as boasting healthy monosaturated fats, these nuts are as nutritious as they are delicious!
