Tongue cleaning (or Tongue scraping) is a traditional part of Ayurvedic self-care with many benefits. Some of these include increasing sense of taste, improving oral hygiene and reducing bad breath, and helping to reduce bacteria and dead cells build up thereby improving digestive health.
How to use your Caliwoods Tongue Cleaner:
- Simply put the handles in the palm of your hand and gently drag the middle edge of the cleaner along your tongue outwards
- You may need to repeat once or twice to clean fully
- Rinse mouth and rinse cleaner
- Store in dry place - handles down in a glass jar works well.
