Cornflour (aka maize starch, or corn starch), is a dense white powder derived from the starchy centre of the corn kernel, called the endosperm. It is used for adding texture to gluten free baking, or as a thickener for pies, sauces, casseroles, soups or gravies.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
