They handcraft bean to bar chocolate using the traditional French method, but with amazing Pacific-sourced cacao beans. Their business is built around supporting Pacific farmers and elevating the status of Pacific-origin cacao to the recognition it truly deserves.

No. 1 - 72% Dark Chocolate: An elegant, artisanal crafted chocolate that will please the cacao lovers. The cacao beans are from Malekula Island, Vanuatu in the small village of Pinalum. Lightly roasted to conserve the amazing work of the farmers which results give us beautiful berries, fig and banana notes.
No. 2 - 48% Milk Chocolate:A high percentage of cacao is kept in this milk chocolate to conserve the natural berry notes of the beans and to offer you a healthier version of that classic choccy bar we all know and love. Created with organic, NZ made milk powder for a delicious creamy finish.
No. 3 - Salted Macadamia Praline Milk Chocolate: This milk chocolate showcases some of New-Zealand's top quality macadamias in the most traditionally French way possible! If you haven't heard of praline before, this salty temptation won't let you forget it.
No. 4 -Manuka Honey and Cognac Caramel Dark Chocolate: This dark chocolate bar is the perfect product of a cultural choc. French heritage is mixed with a New-Zealand delicacy to create an explosion of flavour into a silky caramel. An initial hint of Manuka honey notes are follow by an amazing cognac sweetness.
