Instant Active Dried Yeast produces excellent results for the home baker, and professional bakers alike. This yeast is instant, so no pre-soaking or pre-fermenting is required, but can be added straight to the flour.
One teaspoon is approximately 3 grams. We suggest that you use about 15 grams of our Instant Yeast per 1 kg of flour (so 5 teaspoons) or 7.5 grams (2.5 teaspoons) per 500g flour.
Ingredients: Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), Sorbitan Monostearate (491), Ascorbic Acid, Fungal Enzymes

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in refrigerator.
Shelf Life: Up to 12 months when stored as above.
