Malt Vinegar

Malt vinegar is a dark, flavorful vinegar that's made by malting barley, making the barley into beer, and then turning that beer into vinegar. Its bold, unique flavor makes it a great condiment, as well as a tasty addition to pickling mixtures. Malt vinegar is milder and sweeter in taste than white vinegar.

Ingredients: Malt Vinegar (Barley), Colour (150c)

Allergens: Contains gluten & barley. May contain traces of other allergens.

Shelf life: Once opened shelf life is over 2 years. Recommend use within 6 months in case contaminants introduced.

Storage: Store in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
