Odourless and unflavoured, this product is ideal for use in coffee, shakes, dressings and smoothies. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Directions:Take one (1) dessertspoonful (15 ml) daily preferably with food. MCT oil can be added to coffee, and smoothies, used in salad dressings, sauces or cooking as a source of beneficial fatty acids. Do not use MCT oil for frying due to low boiling point.
