This Organic Onion powder is made by grinding down dehydrated onions, mainly of the pungent bulb variety. The distinct sweet-salty taste of onion adds a depth to endless dishes, and is ideal in vegan cooking. Give a boost of savoury flavour to anything from soups, sauces and dips, to roasted vegetables and homemade kale chips. Just a little goes a long way. 1 teaspoon of onion powder is equivalent to around 1 small onion.
