Organic Hulled Tahini

Tahini is a Middle Eastern condiment made from toasted ground hulled sesame seeds. It can be served by itself (as a dip) or as a major ingredient in hummus, baba ghanoush and halva, and many raw food recipes.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place. Tahini is a naturalproduct, with no additives so oil separation may occur. Stir to blend.
