Organic Millet Flour

This flour is made from certified organic millet - one of the oldest foods known to man! It is packed with plant-based goodness, including protein and dietary fibre.

Millet Flour has a nutty sweet taste and you can often lower the amount of sugar in recipes because of this. You can use it to make pancakes or tortillas, or mixed with other flours in baking just about thing.

Please note that while this is a naturally gluten free product, we can not guarantee that it has remained gluten-free during product processing, therefore it may not be suitable for those with Coeliac Disease.
