This fine white rice flour has been milled from Thai White Long Grain Rice. Naturally gluten-free, rice flour can be used to thicken soups and stews, or as a partial replacement for wheat flour in cakes and biscuits. Use it in conjunction with other gluten free flours to create a good all-purpose gluten free flour.
