Collagen Afghan Biscuits

Classic Afghan-style biscuits with a nourishing twist using Nothing Naughty Collagen. Rich, chocolatey,Ā crunchy, and topped with melted chocolate and walnuts for the ultimate afternoon treat.


Makes:Ā 10 biscuits
Prep Time:Ā 10 minutes
Cook Time:Ā 15 minutes

Ingredients
ā€¢ 1 1/2 cups cornflakes
ā€¢ 1/2 cup peanut butter
ā€¢ 1 cup plain flour
ā€¢ 1/3 cup coconut sugar
ā€¢ 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa powder
ā€¢ 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
ā€¢ 1 serving Nothing Naughty Collagen
ā€¢ 1 tsp vanilla extract
ā€¢ 2ā€“3 tbsp milk of choice, if needed for consistency
Chocolate Topping
ā€¢ 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted
ā€¢ 10 walnut halves
